How safe is it to send cookies?

Taste Tempters has been distributing quality gourmet cookies for over 10 years. We understand what’s required to ensure smooth, safe delivery anywhere in Australia. We’ve designed post-ready packs that best protect your cookies. We heat seal the inner wrappings of your cookies to ensure they arrive fresh as the day they were baked!

Taste Tempters has designed smart gift ready boxes, that look great and protect your cookies during transit.

How will I know you have received my order?

As soon as we receive your order you will be sent an automatic email confirming the order and your order number. Anytime you have further questions you can email us and quote your order number for a prompt response. If we have any queries we will contact you via the details you have forwarded.

What happens to the personal information I give you?

Taste Tempters are committed to maintaining your privacy and can reassure you we do not sell or share our customers’ personal details with any other companies.

How long will it take for the cookies to arrive?

Depending on where you live in Australia, delivery will take between 3 and 7 working days. If you require an urgent delivery please contact us via email and we will do our utmost to meet your requirements. Additional charges may apply.

Is it safe to enter my credit card details onto your site?

The taste Tempters payment process is totally secure for all our customers to use. We have a world class payment process in place, with the highest level of security available (128bit encryption). Details regarding your order and delivery are sent to us and all payment details are sent via a secure online payment gateway. At no stage do we have access to your credit card details.

What do you mean by 'Nut free' cookies?

We use Australia’s first nut free bakery. The factory, ingredients and supply chain are all free from tree nuts, peanuts and any traces of nuts or peanuts.

Our ingredients are sourced from companies that do not manufacture tree nuts or peanuts in the same premises. These suppliers do not pack tree nuts or peanuts on the same lines as the ingredients we use. They do not store or transport unpackaged tree nuts or peanuts with our ingredients.

I want to send cookies from one order to different addresses – how can I make this happen?

The shopping page includes an 'additional information' panel, please include names and addresses and the product that needs to be shipped to individual names. Please make directions clear, so that our despatch can send the right product to the correct recipient.

Yo-yo Cookies: Jane Jones 25 Centre Rd, Greensville, 9215

I want to have different messages on my gift cards

When you require more than one customised message per order, please include the additional messages in the 'additional information' panel located on the order page. Please be sure to include the name and product that the cards are to be inserted into.

Eg: Smartie Cookies: John Smith: Congratulations on your new house. From City Real Estate

Yo-yo cookies: Jane Jones: Congratulations on the successful sale of your unit. From City Real Estate.
