If, for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, please contact us .

The item/s must be in original packaging and condition.

Refunds can only be issued on the return of the goods within a reasonable time (7 days ) The item/s must be in new condition. Return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser. We reserve the right to recover any costs charged to us on the return of the item/s. To return any item/s you have purchased, please ensure that you include your postal address, email address, phone number, order number and any exchange requirements / reasons for return.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been despatched [NB: orders are generally despatched within 24 hours of order placement.
